The Cleaning Specialist Organization is a 38-year commitment to achieving and maintaining the finest cleaning & preservation of your valuable garments. This trade secret consummated in 1972 by the late Lou Ruggiero. He at the time had been one of the country's largest Shearling manufacturers as a wholesaler and retailer.
When his customers expressed how challenging it was to find professional cleaning and preservation for their garments, Mr. Ruggiero decided to provide cleaning services as well.
He Traveled to Europe to learn cleaning and preservation techniques from the true masters of Fur, Leather, and Shearling. Along with this knowledge and his creative mind he developed his own cleaning solution, which is still used today. He presided over the company until early 2003, the year of his untimely passing.
The company continues with his legacy of great service and dedication. He made it a point to teach his successors the value of a business built on Honesty, Integrity, Quality, Service and Love for what you do.
New ideas and concepts are always being brought to the table but we never stray from what Mr. Ruggiero always strived for… Perfection!
